Ingredients :
1/2 cup chopped Carrots (cut them into desired shape)
1/2 cup chopped cabbage (cut them into desired shape)
3 tbsp chopped beans (cut them into desired shape)
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
few curry leaves
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 cup chopped capsicums (cut them into desired shape)
1 cup besan powder (Shanagapindi or chanadal powder)
4 finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp rice flour
salt as per taste
Method :
1. Mix all the above ingredients with help of small quantity of water, adjust the salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2. Now make small balls or desired shape, deep fry in oil till become brown colour.
Now mixed veg pakoras are ready to serve.
Note : 1. Adjust the green chillies according to your spice level.
2. Use little quantity of water for crispy pakoras.
3. This is first time of preparation of veg pakoras. For that i chopped all vegetables into small cube sized pieces, after that i got an idea that we can cut the vegetables into thin length wise pieces. Then they will be like crispy ulli pakoras or crispy onion fritters. If anybody is trying, then my suggestion is to cut the vegetables into thin length wise pieces.
