So I thought, I only keep each cooking video at one place means in one site. The result of my idea is the "http://cookeryvideos.blogspot.com"- "World Wide Cooking Videos". I hope all the viewers and fellow bloggers will enjoy with some funny videos and also can learn some new recipes. Hearty welcome to viewers and fellow bloggers comments, includes critics and advices too to improve my work. I am expecting your encouragement through your valuable words.
Thank you for all your kind words, support and encouragement. I would appreciate, if you could continue to support my new blog as you always have.
Hearty welcome to my new food blog "Cooking Videos".

Hi Jyothi,
ReplyDeleteI'll enjoy your new site as much as I enjoy this one. :)
How do you keep coriander and curry leaves fresh? If I don't use my coriander within a day it seems like it starts going bad. That's so frustrating!
Might I suggest an entry? I would love a step by step on how to properly fold a samosa. :) The last time I tried it the samosa looked more like a baseball than anything else! ;)
Sounds like fun blog! I will save it:))

ReplyDelete@Hi Elizabeth, thanks for your lovely words. Next time, when you buy the coriander, open each bunch and let it dry outside for some time means minimum for 45 minutes. After that cut the leaves (if you like some part of stemp too), store in a box and keep it in freezer. You can use for minimum 1 week. I will do in the same way only.
ReplyDeleteVery soon I am going to post the samosa recipe with detailed photographs. Please wait till that. Keep on visiting dear. Once again thanks a lot.
@Hi Elizabeth, I forgot to mention, in the same way of coriander, I will do with curry leaves too. Have a great day.
